We've discovered an issue with a Puzzle table (200x100 ref 141319) delivered to QQQQ Lda in April 2023. The paint is now peeling off the belt's side, as shown in the attached photos and video. This appears to be a manufacturing defect affecting the finish durability. Could you arrange for a replacement top to be sent to us? Customer satisfaction is at stake.

We're facing a color mismatch issue with the Puzzle table for CCCC AAAA (received 05/03/2024, delivery note FT1234/238). The attached photos compare our square display model with the client's round table - the color tone difference is striking. Our client specifically objects to the pinkish tone of their tabletop and has refused acceptance. This requires immediate resolution.

The issue with the replacement tabletop isn't the edges but the wood finish quality. We've documented both the original and replacement with photos. The new tabletop appears synthetic with fewer knots and grain lines, significantly lower in quality than the original. The comparison clearly shows the original's superior knotty appearance with rich grain texture that our client preferred.

Following our order #5251 delivery, we visited the store to express concerns about the ceramic table's wooden trims. The black knots completely undermine the table's aesthetic value. Only the short side trims are affected and require replacement. As Laurent suggested, we've included photos showing both the problematic trims and an acceptable one for quality comparison.

We've just delivered a Wembley table to client SARRAUSTE and found multiple issues - several knots and a crack on both the base and belt. The quality doesn't match our showroom model, which features well-finished knots. These are poorly touched up, hollowed out, and frankly unattractive. Photos attached. We're requesting a complete base replacement as soon as possible.
